Switch buffers and run nyxt commands from emacs

The connection code and anything not prefixed was adapted or copied from emacs-with-nyxt
Haven’t figured out how to make prompter call out to emacs yet, so commands that need further interaction still need going to the nyxt window.

Also included is a buffer source for consult-buffer. Its under the n narrow key

Very cool stuff! You can sometimes bypass the prompt buffer by supplying a value to the command but that depends on the command itself
